Switching to Mayflower
Getting to know you
Changing accountants is easy but still a big step. Our understanding process will help you confirm, risk-free, that we’re the firm for you.
Set a date
We’ll agree a date for the switch, to keep risk and fees to a minimum. After the end of your financial year is usually a good time.
Make the break
Write to your current accountant to let them know you intend to change. They’ll write back with confirmation and key financial info.
Pre-flight checks
We’ll talk to your current accountant and carry out statutory identity and anti-money-laundering checks, keeping it all above board.
Seal the deal
We’ll send a formal letter confirming fees and services and you’ll give us authority to act on your behalf. And that’s it – job done.
